5-Day Return Period

We offer a 5-day return period from the date you receive your order. If within this time frame you find that the product doesn't meet your expectations or has any defects, we are here to assist you.

You may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received a wrong item that differs from what you ordered.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition in that Customer received, un-worn and unused, with tags, and its box inside courier bag must not be torn or cut opened except tape.

Below Evidences / Videos are mandatory for replacement :

1. Opening Video of Parcel.

2. Proof of purchase or Packing label.

3. Non-electronic item : Photo of the Product in which full product is visible.

4.. Electronic Item : Video of Product in which it must be shown that product is not working after trying as per the instructions provided on packaging or Customer Care.


IMPORTANT

Make sure to record Unboxing Video which clearly shows the Order ID/Invoice number from starting to end with the product showing. without this video NO RETURN/REFUND COMPLAIN WILL BE ENTERTAINED.

  • Packaging: Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.

  • Return Shipment: Ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.

Full Refund Guarantee

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and approve the return, we will initiate a full refund of the order amount. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be processed and credit to original payment method.

  • Unused Condition: The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • If the product is defective or damaged please return the product within 5 days of delivery and send the unboxing video to  email.
  • we will deliver the exchange/replacement product within 3-5days

Unpacking Video Recommendation

To expedite the return approval process, we recommend creating an unpacking video when you receive your order. This video can serve as evidence in case there are any discrepancies or defects. Please include clear footage of unboxing, showcasing the product, and highlighting any concerns.
